Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Guzzler and Stain Clothing offers free standard shipping within Europe on selected orders. Some promotional or discounted items may be excluded from free shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed after 11:00 CET on Fridays or during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, but only before a tracking number has been issued.

Once a tracking number has been issued, orders can no longer be modified or canceled.
Which countries do you currently not ship to?
Due to transportation limitations or local disruptions, we are temporarily unable to ship to:
- Afghanistan
- Belarus
- Bhutan
- Cuba
- Haiti
- Niue
- Russia
- South Sudan
- Sudan
- Turkmenistan
- Venezuela
- Yemen
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes. Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original packaging
- With original tags attached
Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or incomplete may be refused.
Are return shipping costs free?
No. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a shipping service with tracking.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–10 business days before the refund appears in your account.
Can I exchange items?
No. Exchanges are currently not available.
If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
Can “Final Sale” items be returned?
No. Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do gift returns work?
If you received an item as a gift and are not the original purchaser, we may offer store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

International Orders
Do I have to pay import duties or taxes?
Yes. International customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, taxes, and customs fees.
How do international returns or exchanges work?
International customers are responsible for all return and shipping costs.
Discount Codes & Payments
Can I combine discount codes?
No. Discount codes and promotions apply only to full-price items and cannot be combined with sale items or other promotions.
