Many products sold through Guzzler and Stain are produced using a Print-on-Demand (POD) process.

This means products are manufactured only after an order has been placed.

POD products are manufactured specifically for each customer.

As a result, processing times may be longer than for products stocked in inventory.

Product Variations

Due to the manufacturing process, slight variations may occur in:

finishing.

These variations are considered normal and are not manufacturing defects.

Mockups and Product Images

Images displayed on the website are digital representations.

The final product may differ slightly from the images shown.

Artistic Designs

Many Guzzler and Stain designs intentionally feature:

grunge elements;
artistic imperfections.

These characteristics are part of the design and are not considered defects.

shipping carriers;

public holidays;
force majeure events;
strikes;
technical failures;
circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided.

9. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Because many products are custom-made, special return policies apply.

Returns are not accepted for:

incorrect size selection;
change of mind;
personal preference;
accidental orders;
minor color variations;
minor size variations;
products made specifically to order.
