We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Guzzler & Stain Clothing. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Period
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Be in their original packaging, if possible
- Have all original labels and tags attached
Items that are worn, washed, damaged, altered, or incomplete may not be accepted.
Return Process
- Send an email to support@guzzlerandstain.com with your order number
- Let us know which item(s) you would like to return
- You will receive return instructions from our team
- Send the item(s) back to the return address provided
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 2–10 business days before the refund appears in your account.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final Sale items
- Personalized/custom products
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (if applicable)
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
